Persons with disabilities or specially abled people (Hearing Impairment or Deafness and Locomotors disability) come from different parts of India and enroll themselves with us under a specially customized training course. We provide training on Computer skills and Personality development. While they see challenges, we see opportunities in their challenges and equip them with the required knowledge by strengthening their belief within themselves and make them self-sufficient, self-supporting and self-reliant.
For NAVJYOTI, PWD is not a number, it is our key responsibility & ownership to:
- Contribute towards the PWD sector as a Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Impart training to all (fresher or seasoned specially abled) .
- Maintain ethnicity & sanctity of the students .
- Conduct outcome based
training programs for PWD students . - Reward & recognize the talent and fostering them to deliver more .
- Provide job placement to the eligible & deserving students.
Our belief is that every individual has the potential and the right to succeed. We just have to provide these PWDs their rights and unleash their potential to succeed. Instead of making them needy, our endeavor is to make them future ready!
